Tube Furnace BZTF-501 is a horizontal furnace that uses furnace tubes made of high-purified quartz or alumina. Single-zone, dual-zone, three-zone, five-zone, and other temperature zones are available. It can operate at a maximum temperature of 1200 ˚C. It is designed to be used in conjunction with a higher rotational tilt system. It has a thermal precision of 1˚C and is monitored by a PID control system with SCR (silicon-controlled rectifier).
